Special Kids Special Families (SKSF) is committed to providing an informative and useful website for all visitors.  At the same time, SKSF is also committed to protecting the privacy of its users on this website.  Our website does not collect personal or identifiable information unless the user provides it voluntarily.  The only instance where information is collected is when a user submits a request for more information, to sign up as a volunteer, or to make an online donation.  Information collected by the website is only used to complete the request or process the donation.  All collected information remains confidential within SKSF.  It is our policy that user information, including information we collect from our website, is private and for the use of SKSF only.  We do not share, sell or distribute user information.
 
Online Registration and Online Donation Policy
All information collected through our online registration and donation processes is considered confidential and is only accessible by those employed or contracted by SKSF to handle online transactions.  No credit card information is ever stored by this site, and we do not record credit card information within our office unless a donor requests a recurring monthly gift through their credit card.  The safety and security of our constituent information is of the highest priority for us.  We have taken every precaution to assure that the technological processes we use will keep your information safe and secure.

 
Release of Liability When Attending Fundraising Events
By submitting your registration and participating in SKSF Fundraisers, you, your heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages for which you may have against SKSF and the establishment in which the fundraiser will take place, as well as any other person connected with the SKSF fundraiser, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.

Photographs / Videotaping Policy When Attending Fundraising Events
By participating in any SKSF Fundraiser Event, participants grant permission to be photographed or videotaped during the event, and to have the photographs displayed or shared with donors, grantors, other non-profit organizations, in the agency scrapbook and used for publicity and advertising purposes. Please notify SKSF is you wish not to be photographed.
