SKSF is an adult placement Agency, serving El Paso and Park county areas. SKSF facilitates various types residential placements with emphasis in providing services and supports to adults with disabilities.
We are currently recruiting men, women, and/or couples with big hearts to open their homes to adults with disabilities.
We need dedicated individuals to provide a safe, warm and stable home.

Providers
Special Kids/Special Families is looking for certified host home families
to support adults with disabilities in a caring home environment.
- Benefits: You will receive specialize training to give you the knowledge, tools and support needed to best provide for the adult living in your home. Your Host Home Supervisor will be available to you 24 hours a day if situations and/or emergencies should arise.
- Financial reimbursement for care and supervision: You will be reimbursed for services and supports for an adult living in your home. Range of $1,500.00-$4,500.00 non taxable reimbursement (depending on level of care for the adult). Medical care is covered through Medicaid / Medicare.
- SKSF support: You will be assigned a Host Home Supervisor to support and advocate for you and the individual living in your home.
